  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast, trimmed and cutting into chunks
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon onion pulverization
  • i teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pulverisation
  • 1/2 teaspoon cherry-red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • one/two teaspoon black pepper
  • three cups beefiness broth
  • 1/4 cup brine from the giardiniera (optional)

For the Sandwiches:
